About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and coachable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of B2B technology sales and work directly with our sales team to generate leads, build relationships, and help companies turn unused tech into profit.

This is an exciting opportunity to break into the booming tech and sustainability industry with hands-on mentorship and real growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries
Support sales outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Schedule and participate in discovery calls and product demos
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Update CRM records and track communications
Learn about ITAD, data security, and hardware valuation
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
Comfortable making cold calls and following up with prospects
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) preferred, but not required
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
